The vast majority of online ticket redemption takes place at the Gymkhana Grounds in Secunderabad, managed directly by the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA):

- Why Collect Here Early? Collecting your tickets 2 to 3 days prior to match day takes less than 5 minutes. On match morning, queues at stadium counters can exceed 45 minutes.
- Multi-Counter Segregation: Counters are segregated alphabetically by customer surname and ticket pricing tiers (VIP Corporate, North/South Pavilion, East/West Stands).
2. Mandatory Documents Required at the Box Office
Counter staff will refuse ticket handover without these mandatory verifications:

- Official Booking Confirmation: SMS or Email containing the valid transaction ID and alphanumeric booking reference code.
- Government Photo ID of Buyer: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or PAN Card (Original must be presented; digital softcopies on DigiLocker are acceptable).
- Authorization Letter (If Collecting for Someone Else): If the person collecting is not the registered ticket buyer, bring a signed authorization letter, a copy of the buyer’s ID, and the collector’s original ID.
